Bi weekly sound bath
Service Description
Every other Friday night at 7:00 PM, join Trish for a 60-minute sound bath designed to help you unwind, restore, and realign. Through a blend of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and vibrational frequencies, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body relaxes, the mind softens, and the nervous system finds balance. Each session is an invitation to Regulate, Release, and Remember. The goal is to move from stress to stillness and reconnect with your natural rhythm. No experience necessary, just bring yourself, a mat, and an open heart.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to honor both my time and the clients waiting for availability, the following policy applies: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. No call / no show appointments will be charged a $50 fee. Clients who have purchased a package will forfeit the session for that day if they cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting my time and energy, and for allowing me to continue offering intentional, high-quality care.
