My method
Most approaches to healing focus on one piece of the puzzle.
The body.
Or the mind.
Or behavior.
Mine doesn’t.
I use a biopsychosocial approach, which means we look at the full picture: your nervous system, your emotional patterns, your past experiences, and how they’re all interacting in real time.
Because symptoms don’t come from nowhere.
They’re responses.
Inside this work, I blend:
-
Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy – helping you safely access, process, and release the emotions your system has been holding onto (not just talking about them, but actually moving them through)
-
Parts Work (IFS) – identifying and working with the different “parts” of you that have developed to protect, cope, or survive—so you’re no longer stuck in internal conflict or self-sabotage
-
Somatic Therapy – working directly with the body and nervous system to regulate, release stored stress, and rewire the patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of pain, anxiety, or shutdown
I don't want you to feel like you are just managing your symptoms. I strive to help you heal fully.
The goal is to understand why your system is doing what it’s doing, and giving it a new way to respond.
When you address all three levels: the biological, psychological, and social, you create real, lasting change.
