Service Description

This one-hour somatic therapy session is a guided journey into the body’s wisdom. Together, we slow down the mind and gently track physical sensation, emotion, and nervous system patterns that are shaping your current experience—whether that’s stress, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of being disconnected from yourself. You’ll move through a series of grounding techniques, breathwork, guided interoception, and mindful inquiry designed to bring awareness to the subtle cues your body has been holding. As we explore these sensations with curiosity rather than judgement, you’ll learn how to identify stored tension, release long-held emotional residue, and interrupt unconscious patterns that keep you in survival mode. The session blends nervous system regulation, trauma-informed somatic practices, and intuitive mind–body guidance to help you cultivate safety, clarity, and embodiment. By the end, most clients feel lighter, grounded, and more connected to their own internal truth—often with practical insights and self-regulation tools to carry into daily life. This is not talk therapy. It is an experiential, body-led process that supports emotional healing, clarity, and long-term nervous system change.
